There are many rumours considering the origins of this unremarkable individual. Some have argued for mineral fusion, others that it doesn't really matter. One thing is for sure - it took two and one to hold the ladder.....
Schooling
Anecdotally, early education involved talking to a lot to people who sold shoe polish and also those who tended to point (mainly in a vague upward direction).
